2006 Sauvignon Blanc, Ghielmetti Vineyard

In order to maintain as much of the flavors and aromas of lime peel, peach, citrus fruits, as well as wonderful balancing acidity as possible, this wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel. Aromatically, this wine is very powerful. In the mouth, clean fruit flavors, intertwined with acid abound. Belying the fruit-forward entry, this wine has significant mid-palate heft with a silky mouthfeel.
