Steven Kent Mirassou is practically single-handedly reviving Livemore Valley’s historic reputation for Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine shows a wonderfully lush structure and impeccable tannins, framing slightly herbal, dusty flavors of blackberries, blueberries, cherries and cedar.
